Crafted entirely in oak, CASTLE appears at first as a pure geometric object — calm, restrained, and architectural. Its closed five-sided composition gives it the presence of a
pedestal or sculptural block, allowing it to exist equally as a functional side table, bedside object, display platform, or silent architectural element within a space.
The defining gesture emerges at the base, where gentle concave curves interrupt the solidity of the volume. These subtle openings, inherited from the AXEL collection language, introduce softness and visual lightness while quietly serving a practical purpose.
